Whilst managing partner Joseph Correy is in a month long murder trial, the rest of the Australian Criminal Law Group team continues to get results.
Criminal lawyer and drug specialist Joseph had a particularly good week, obtaining an intensive correction order for a client charged with supplying 5 kilograms of cannabis and dealing in proceeds of crime. He also continued his 5 year streak of section 10 no convictions for first offenders charged with small drug possession charges, helping 3 clients escape court with no criminal records. In addition, Joseph obtained non-convictions for another client charged with fraud, and kept another client out of jail who was charged with high range drinking and having a serious accident with passengers in the car. She had two previous drink driving offences and was expecting to go to gaol, but Joseph’s excellent work meant she walked out of court a free woman.
