Criminal lawyer Joseph Correy appeared at Central Local Court last week and convinced the magistrate to grant bail to his client charged with supplying more than 10 kilograms of methylamphetamine. Mr Correy and Matthew Johnston SC picked holes apart in the allegations, which led the magistrate to conclude the case against our client was a weak one. Mr Correy and the family of the Accused had spent days together putting together materials that would paint a true picture of the Accused. Thankfully the magistrate saw the case for what it was.
