Criminal lawyer Steven Mercael gets client a good behaviour bond for breaking police officer’s nose
Steven Mercael had the police fuming after he obtained a good behaviour bond for a client charged with punching a police officer and breaking his nose. The police wanted Mr Mercael’s client sent to prison but Mr Mercael convinced the magistrate to impose a lenient sentence. It was another great week for one of Australian Criminal Law Group’s star lawyers. He also obtained multiple non-convictions for other clients charged with serious domestic violence offences and kept a client out of prison who was charged with High Range drink driving, including a collision, and who had 10 pages of prior traffic offences, including 2 previous drink driving charges.
